What does Iron Notes do?
Iron Notes records your work calls and voice notes and gives you a plain recap — what was said, who owes what, and what you need to follow up on. No app to learn, no notes to take. You work the way you always have; you just stop losing things.
How do I get started?
Download Iron Notes from the App Store, open it, and sign up with your email. We'll email you a code to sign in. Then pick your setup: outbound calls plus voice notes, or voice notes only. You can change it later in Settings. Stuck on anything? Email

Which devices are supported?
Iron Notes is an iPhone app on the App Store. There's no Android version yet — if that's something you need, let us know so we can gauge demand.
Do I control what gets recorded?
Yes. Skip any call you don't want recorded — no explanation needed, no record kept. You can also mark protected contacts, like your lawyer or your doctor, that Iron Notes never touches. You're responsible for recording in line with the laws where you and the other party are, so check the rules in your area if you're unsure.
Who can see my recaps?
Only you. Your recaps live in the Iron Notes app and nowhere else — no shared dashboards and no boss view. To create your recap, call audio and transcripts are processed by our AI providers (AssemblyAI for transcription, Anthropic for recap generation) solely to deliver the Service — they don't train on your data. What can the texting assistant see in my Google account?
Only what you connect. It reads your Gmail and Google Calendar to answer your questions, and opens a Google Drive file only when you pick it. It never sends an email or adds an event until you reply YES. You can disconnect Google anytime from your
Google Account permissions page. Details are in our

What if a recap or action item is wrong?
Iron Notes learns how you work over the first little while, so early recaps won't be perfect. If something comes back wrong or you want it to prioritize differently, email us — that feedback is exactly what sharpens it for your line of work.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Payments run through Stripe. In the Iron Notes app, go to
Settings >
Payment to update your card or cancel, or email
hello@ironnotes.io and we'll do it for you. Cancelling stops future billing and you keep access to the end of the current period.
How do I export or delete my data?
You can delete your account from inside the app. Or email
hello@ironnotes.io from the address on your account and we'll help you export a copy of your recaps, or delete your data entirely. We'll confirm once it's done.
