What does Iron Notes do?
Iron Notes records your work calls and sends you a plain recap — what was said, who owes what, and what you need to follow up on. No app to learn, no notes to take. You work the way you always have; you just stop losing things.
How do I get started?
Download Iron Notes from the App Store, open it, and enter your phone number to set up your account. From there you choose when you'd like your recaps delivered. Stuck on anything? Email

Which devices are supported?
Iron Notes is an iPhone app on the App Store. There's no Android version yet — if that's something you need, let us know so we can gauge demand.
Do I control what gets recorded?
Yes. Skip any call you don't want recorded — no explanation needed, no record kept. You can also mark protected contacts, like your lawyer or your doctor, that Iron Notes never touches. You're responsible for recording in line with the laws where you and the other party are, so check the rules in your area if you're unsure.
Who can see my recaps?
Only you. Your recaps go to your inbox and nowhere else — no shared dashboards unless you set them up yourself. To create your recap, call audio and transcripts are processed by our AI providers (AssemblyAI for transcription, Anthropic for recap generation) solely to deliver the Service — they don't train on your data. What if a recap or action item is wrong?
Iron Notes learns how you work over the first little while, so early recaps won't be perfect. If something comes back wrong or you want it to prioritize differently, email us — that feedback is exactly what sharpens it for your line of work.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions run through your Apple account. On your iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Iron Notes, and change or cancel from there. Cancelling stops future billing and you keep access to the end of the current period.
How do I export or delete my data?

hello@ironnotes.io from the address on your account and we'll help you export a copy of your recaps, or delete your data entirely. We'll confirm once it's done.
